For the past few months, the film industry was constantly being targeted. The image of the Bollywood industry was constantly being shown in a bad way by some media houses. Against which the entire Bollywood united and a total of 38 (34 production houses and 4 institutions) targeted 2 media houses Republic TV and Times Now for maligning the image of Bollywood and filed a petition against them in Delhi High Court. Almost all the big Bollywood filmmakers and actors signed the petition against these two news channels, but one of the missing names was that of Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali in support of this petition
Although it is being said that Bhansali’s name may not be among the signatories, but he was in support of this petition. Disclosing why Bhansali’s name is not in the petition, a source told Bollywood Hungama that Bhansali was never approached for the petition. “Nobody approached Bhansali to be a part of this petition. He shoots all night and then sleeps all day. Although Siddharth Roy Kapur tried to contact Bhansali. But he could not succeed in it.” An informed source told us.
However, despite his busy schedule, Bhansali had clearly conveyed to the petitioners that he was with them.
