Varun Dhawan, who is currently shooting for his upcoming film Bhediya, will be teaming up with Sajid Nadiadwala once again in his next film Sanki. This will be Varun Dhawan’s third film with Sajid Nadiadwala after Dishoom and Judwaa 2. Varun Dhawan got a challenging role in Sanak

Nadiadwala’s film Sanak is the official Hindi remake of a South film. A source told us about this, “Sajid Nadiadwala had bought the official rights of the superhit Tamil thriller Dhuruvangal Padinaaru. And Varun’s freak is the Hindi remake of the same film. Sajid is now making it pan-India platform compliant.”

The source further added, “It is a superb thriller film starring Varun in the lead role. In Sanki, Varun will be seen in the role of a brave police officer who lost a leg while solving a case. This character is definitely going to be challenging for Varun as he has never played a handicapped character before in his career.”

The makers want to start its shooting this year. As soon as Varun finishes shooting for his other films Jug Jug Jio and Bhediya, he will start shooting for Sanki. He will complete the shooting of Sanki before Sri Ram Raghavan’s Twenty One.
