Sonu Sood emerged as a messiah for every needy by helping thousands of people by becoming a superhero during the pandemic. Sonu may not consider himself a messiah but there is no dearth of people who believe him to be a messiah. Sonu, who took migrant laborers home and made arrangements for their food and drink, built houses for people to live in, arranged education for children and provided employment to the unemployed, did all this by mortgage of his 8 properties.
Sonu Sood mortgaged his property to raise Rs 10 crore
If reports are to be believed, Sonu mortgaged his 8 properties in Juhu, Mumbai to raise Rs 10 crore. According to the registration document available with the web portal Moneycontrol, Sonu has mortgaged his two shop and 6 flats located in Juhu area of Mumbai. Both these shops are on the ground floor and the flats are in Shiv Sagar Cooperative Housing Society. This housing society is located on AB Nair road near iskcon temple.
The bank has given a loan of Rs 10 crore to Sonu against his 8 properties. According to the documents, Sonu paid a registration fee of Rs 5 lakh on a loan of Rs 10 crore. These properties are also in the name of Sonu along with his wife Sonali who have been mortgaged with the bank. However, information about this news was not given anywhere by Sonu.
After this news, surely more love will increase in the hearts of people for Sonu.
