The Family Man 2, the second season of the action-spy drama web series The Family Man, streamed on Amazon Prime Video on June 4 and as expected, the audience showered it with love. From the storyline, thrill element, direction to the acting of the star cast, the show has won everyone’s heart. Though all the cast gave a great performance in The Family Man 2 but the leads of the show Manoj Bajpayee and Samantha Akkineni stunned the show with their exceptional performances. Although Manoj and Samantha have given many excellent performances in their respective careers so far, The Family Man 2 has taken their careers to a different level.

While Manoj and Samantha dazzled with their performances in The Family Man 2, the makers also did not disappoint both the actors in terms of their fees. A close source said, “Manoj has been given Rs 10 crore for The Family Man 2. Since Manoj is an integral part of the series and a great actor, this fee is a perfect fit for him. Manoj gave his 100 percent in every field from action to humour, drama. Apart from this, when the first season of The Family Man became a super hit, the makers felt that Manoj deserves such a fee.”

Further the source added, “Samantha Akkineni has received Rs 3-4 crore for The Family Man 2. Samantha’s presence in the show gave the show a different identity. His tremendous fan following managed to give the show record viewership. So the makers felt that Samantha deserved this fee.”

However, another source claims, “Manoj has received Rs 8-9 crore for The Family Man 2 while Samantha has received Rs 2.5 crore.”
