On Wednesday 8 December, the country witnessed the biggest unfortunate incident of the year. Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) Bipin Rawat, his wife and army officers died in an Army helicopter crash in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu. The untimely death of Bipin Rawat and other army officers made everyone’s eyes moist. Bollywood also expressed grief over the death of the brave soldier of the country and expressed its condolences to the bereaved families with a heavy heart.

On the martyrdom of Bipin Rawat and other army officers, Salman Khan tweeted, “Very sad to hear about the tragic accident in which we lost General Bipin Rawat, his wife and other Armed Forces personnel. My condolences, my prayers and condolences are with the bereaved families.”

Film personalities including Anupam Kher, Kamal Haasan and actress Urmila Matondkar condoled the death of Bipin Rawat. The passing of Bipin Rawat is a loss that will never be compensated. Everyone is shocked by this incident.
