Music composer Palash Muchhal has signed Rubina as a lead actress for his film Ardh. Along with Ardh, music composer Palash Muchhal will also make his directorial debut. Apart from Rubina, Hiten Tejwani and Rajpal Yadav will also be seen in important roles in this film. The shooting of the film will start from September 2021.

Rubina started her career in 2008 with the TV show Choti Bahu.
