Raj Kundra released from jail after 2 months by applying tilak on his forehead, Shilpa Shetty took a sigh of relief and wrote- ‘Beautiful things can happen even after a bad storm’

Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra, who is in jail in pornography case, got bail after almost two months. Taking a decision on the bail application of Raj Kundra in pornography case, Mumbai court has granted him bail on a personal bond of Rs 50,000. After 64 days, Raj Kundra was released from jail on 21st September and went to his house and met the family members. Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch on July 19 for creating obscene content and releasing it on the OTT platform.

After Raj got bail, Shilpa shared a positive post on her Instagram story which read, “Rainbow is here to prove that beautiful things can happen after a bad storm.” Let us tell you that Shilpa went through a very difficult phase after the arrest of her husband. He even distanced himself from public appearances for some time.

As soon as Raj came out of jail, he was surrounded by the media. During this, the reporters also asked questions to Raj but he did not answer any question and left in the car. During his exit from the jail, some pictures of Raj came out in which he is seen wearing a big red tilak on his forehead.

Raj, while filing the bail application before the court, had claimed that there was no evidence against him in the supplementary charge sheet filed by the Mumbai Police’s crime branch in the case. He had claimed in the petition that there was no evidence of him being “actively” involved in the creation of alleged suspicious pornographic material and that he was being made a “scapegoat” in the case.

In the petition filed on behalf of Raj, it was said that first of all, none of the content proves any offense against him. It was also mentioned in the application that Raj Kundra was wrongly implicated in the case even though his name was not mentioned in the FIR and the police has forcibly dragged his name in the case.

Let us tell you that along with Raj Kundra, the court has also granted bail to his colleague Ryan Thorpe. Raj was kept in judicial custody at Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai, from where he has now come out.
