Kangana Ranaut had recently compared Mumbai to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, after which Kangana and Shiv Sena got into a tussle that the BMC fired a bulldozer over the illegal construction of Kangana’s office on Pali Hill Road in Bandra West. However, after this, Kangana Ranaut’s lawyer took a stay order from the Bombay High Court against this action of BMC. And now news is coming that, BMC has now sent notice regarding illegal construction of Kangana Ranaut’s flat in Khar, Mumbai.
Another notice to Kangana Ranaut
This notice has been sent regarding illegal construction done inside Kangana’s Khar house in Mumbai. BMC says that illegal construction has been done in Kangana’s house in violation of more rules than her office. BMC officials claim that all the above violations are very serious violations as compared to Kangana’s office which was demolished by BMC. In this notice, BMC has asked Kangana Ranaut to remove unauthorized constructions of BMC within a month or BMC to reply on this.
Kangana lives on the 5th floor of a building on 16 No. Road of DB Breeze (Orchid Breeze) in Khar West, Mumbai. Kangana has total 3 flats on this floor, out of which one flat is 797 sq ft, second flat is 711 sq ft and third flat is 459 sq ft. At present, the case of illegal construction in Kangana’s house is in the court, which will be heard on September 25.
Regarding the illegal construction of Kangana’s flat, BMC has told in its notice-
1- Concise of electric fittings is being filled with cement and used for carpet area.
2- Stairs have been installed on the space provided for planting saplings.
3- The walls of the balconies installed on the windows are being removed and used as balconies.
4- The service slabs are filled with concrete cement and the adjoining wall has been demolished and converted into a balcony to make room.
5- The north west side is covered by making a common passage between the staircase and the kitchen and the door near the kitchen.
6- Illegal doors have been made in front of the lift at the common space provided between the three flats.
7- Common walls have been broken to connect the three flats. ( IMP )
8- Ducts near toilets and bathrooms have been found to be either changed in shape or covered. ( IMP )
